Boaz Cooks – a one man gourmet restaurant
Everybody loves Fridays. At a short working week it is the nicest day before Saturday.
Boaz Kwintner couldn’t care less about it. During Fridays – Boaz cooks.
Boaz built himself a small gourmet cooking kingdom within Mitzpe Hila, where he host 28 chosen ones for a gourmet meal made by one man and one man only – Boaz. He goes to market, write recipes, improvise cooking, wash, peels, chop, mixes, heat, bake and enjoy costumer’s feedbacks.
Boaz Mevashel is a one day a week restaurant. During the rest of the week Boaz is a culinary advisor for large companies, who built many restaurants around Tel Aviv such as Big Mama. After moving to the Galilee few years ago, Boaz decided to make his dream come true and open a small resturant under is own house And ever since, almost every Friday he gathers gourmet lovers around tables and a new menu every week according to what’s fresh and tasty at the market and according to his willing and desires. The meal itself is a 7 courses feast followed by good wine and great environment.
Boaz tells most of his costumers come by rumor, because he doesn’t really advertise or market himself and notes he has allot of returning costumers that stop by every time they travel nearby.
